Lord, You are the only Morning Star.

a penetrating light that pierces...

...the darkness of our hearts
...the blackness of our sins
...the abyss of our human emotion

Being the source of Dunamis power,
You shine an eternal beam of radiance.
For unlike other stars, You'll never burn out.

Let nothing disturb you;
nothing frighten you.
all things are passing.
God never changes.
Patience obtains all things.
nothing is wanting to Him
who possesses God.
God alone suffices.
